Refund Policy
EFFECTIVE 11 August 2026
Full refund within 7 days of your first payment on any paid plan. No questions, no forms, no retention call.
How to get one
Email support@flarebuild.dev from the address on the account and tell us your site name. We take the site down and return the money to the original payment method, usually within 5 business days.
After the first 7 days
Cancel any time and the plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate part-months, and we do not bill you again.
What stays yours
Your content, your copy and your leads belong to you whether you stay or go. Export them before the site comes down, or email us and we will send them to you.
