LEGAL
Terms of Service
EFFECTIVE 11 August 2026
FlareBuild™ is an assumed name ("we", "us"). By using flarebuild.dev, or any site you create with it, you agree to these terms. The legal entity that operates this service is the one named on our business filings.
Who may hold an account
You must be at least 13 to hold an account, and at least 18 to hold a paid plan or a payment method with us. A parent or guardian may hold the account for a younger person's business.
Acceptable use
No unlawful content. No impersonation of a real person or organisation. No content that targets, harasses, or defames anyone. No malware, phishing, or fraud. No content that infringes someone else's intellectual property. No adult content, gambling, weapons, or controlled substances.
Your responsibilities as a site owner
You are responsible for what your site says, including what you configure the AI receptionist to state as fact. We give you tools to constrain her and enforce platform-level rules she cannot be configured out of, but the approved facts are yours. Keep them true and current.
If your business is regulated — medical, dental, legal, financial — you are responsible for ensuring your configuration complies with the rules of your profession. Our industry presets are a starting point, not legal advice.
Subscriptions and refunds
Paid plans bill monthly and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Full refund within 7 days of your first payment, no questions asked. Usage beyond a plan's included allowance is billed at the published overage rate.
Availability
We work hard to keep sites up but do not offer a service level agreement on self-serve plans. The AI receptionist depends on third-party model providers and may be briefly unavailable.
Right to remove
We may suspend or remove any site that breaches these terms, or that is the subject of a credible takedown request, and will refund unused hosting.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in Bexar County, Texas, and you waive participation in any class action.
