Effective: 2026-05-02. FlareBuild™ is a service of NSI ("we", "us"). By using flarebuild.dev or any *.flarebuild.dev site you create, you agree to these terms.

Acceptable use

No unlawful content. No impersonation. No content that targets, harasses, or defames others. No malware, phishing, or fraud. No content that violates intellectual property rights.

Subscription & refunds

Launch fee is one-time. Hosting is monthly, cancel anytime. Full refund within 7 days, no questions asked.

Right to remove

We may remove any site that violates these terms or that we receive a credible takedown request about, with refund of unused hosting.

Liability

Service is provided "as is". Our maximum liability is the fees you have paid in the prior 12 months.
